ZA resets every 3 days, and dragonhawk isn't really that hard to beat, so I'd advise getting.
My advice (which isn't necessarily the right advice) is to not waste DKP on this unless there is no other option for you. The only reason I would take this shield (as a paladin) would be if I was low on +heals from stacking spell crit or Mp5, or if my guild could absolutely not in their life dodge volcanoes, in which case we would have trouble taking down Supremus.
Shamans that have taken this shield are either using a crappy offhand and want a shield, or have the Karazhan shield, which people tend to be sick of after progressing through t5 content. Lots of people label it is a "shaman shield", but from experience most shamans I've known have chosen to keep their due to Mp5, or pass on it until the comes up if they're hung up on crit. Sure, it has a lot of pure +heal, but in late game raiding situations, most people should have a good chunk of +heals from their other gear.
